Any institution should put the customer at the center when performing its work, and the issue of providing services that satisfy the people has a typical role in achieving the national vision. It should not be forgotten that a society that is satisfied with the services provided by institutions is zealous for development, diligent for economic growth, and vigilant for peace. Employment, Enterprise, and Industry Development Bureau is a sector that makes the enterprise and manufacturing industry competent and competitive in terms of production and productivity by expanding employment services, creating a wide range of job opportunities for job seekers, and providing workplace, financial, and technological advice, and support. In the development of the sector, the benefit of society can be ensured continually only when the service delivery of the institution is supported by technology and when there can be leadership and executives who are dressed in the spirit of servanthood. Therefore, to ensure the participation of the society at a high level, by moving in an organized manner, we pay attention to the good initiatives that are observed in the development of the sector, expand it and overcome obstacles, prepare a citizen's charter and make it common with the user society and the customers of the institution. Performing this task is intended to create a comfortable environment for the user to submit and solve the complaints about the performance problems observed in the service we provide. Therefore, the procedures we have put in place, including the Citizen's Charter, serve as a key tool in our structure from the center to the district. The applicability of these service delivery directions will be ensured only when the customers and the sector performers at all levels work together and honestly. Therefore, I am emphatically expressing that you should do your part by submitting complaints and important ideas to the work enterprise and industry development departments at all levels and through one of the suggested methods.
